irfan at the front desk checked me in. He was so helpful and cute. the room was super tidy. the location is amazing. It is so convenient to head to several restaurants.

This spot is in the center of everything! the mrt is a short walk. there are so many restaurants near the hotel. I walked everywhere. two 7/11s are nearby. Very convenient.

professional assistance collective effort efficient coordinating perfect service

I found the service perfect. Rashid and shirley offered professional assistance. i accidentally left my shoes behind. Rashid, shirley, and fedelia assisted me in finding them. rashid's efficiency in coordinating security was certainly excellent, i thought.

i found the air conditioning wasn't quite cold enough. it was a very minor inconvenience.

superb stay!

central location attentive staff friendly staff modern design

i found the location very central. this allowed easy access to local attractions. cel was helpful and attentive to our needs. the staff were friendly and professional, greatly enhancing our experience. the cleanliness and modern design were apparent throughout, with well kept facilities adding to the convenience. i appreciated the excellent service and cute atmosphere.

The lighting in certain areas could have been a little brighter. It was slightly dim in the evenings.
